TOUR ITINERARY
DAY 1: HA NOI TO BA BE LAKE 200 KILOMETERS
This adventure will put you on the path to seeing the true beauty of nature in Northern Vietnam. You will see the largest freshwater lake in Vietnam and a charming waterfall. If you want to get there, you have to go by motorbike and see the unique and colorful Caves. Ba Be National Park is located in the middle of a large lake surrounded by white limestone mountains and dense tropical forests. This trip will take you deep into the Ba Be National Park of Ba Be Lake. On this day tour, you'll experience a Tay ethnic minority village, take a quiet river cruise, and explore the changing landscape from forested mountains to towering mountains. Leave the main road to follow the smaller road and tea plantation to reach Tay village. DAY 2: BA BE LAKE TO BAO LAC 160 KILOMETERS
After breakfast, you will ride your motorbike along Ba Be Lake on a small road filled with beautiful trees and beautiful mountain views to join the small road towards Highway 34 in the mountains of northeastern Vietnam.

DAY 3: BAO LAC TO DONG VAN 140 KILOMETERS

When you arrive in MEO VAT town, you will have more time to wander the old streets with houses made of clay bricks and tiled roofs of the H'mong people built many centuries ago and you come to stay. DAY 4: DONG VAN TO HA GIANG 140 KILOMTERS
The motorbike rides in the morning winds along the Rock Plateau. After breakfast, you will enjoy a leisurely Vietnam motorbike tour on some beautiful mountain passes until Meo Vac where you stop for lunch. In the afternoon, you will motorcycle down the hill along the river and see the different mountain views (less rocky and greener). You will arrive in Ha Giang Town at 5:00 p.m
DAY 5: HA GIANG TO VU LINH 180 KILOMTERS
You will start the motorbike tour to Ha Giang, North Vietnam at 08:30 from the northeast side by taking a small winding road along the Red River. Enjoy a great view of river and rice paddies as you ride through the country and extensive farming lands comprising a sea of paddy fields split by tree-lined roads. You will meet the daily life in the wild environment.
Lunch will be at a local restaurant in this small area. You will arrive in Vu Linh, a nice village of the Dao people that is located nearby the Thac Ba Lake, the largest man-made lake with more than 3,000 islands. If time permits, you will have a boat trip around Thac Ba Lake.
DAY 6: VU LINH BACK TO HA NOI, 160 KILOMTERS
Staying off the main road for as long as possible, you head back towards the Red River Delta, passing through areas inhabited by Hmong, Dao, Tay, and Nung minority peoples. You can enjoy a mixture of both challenging tracks and glorious sealed roads all the way back to Hanoi. The great Vietnam motorbike tour to Ha Giang will end safely in Hanoi before rush hours.
